Walk-in Style One Man Trimmer

This machine is a scaled down version of a basic Canadian style trimmer. It allows sawmills with rather low production to trim their lumber at an effective cost. The operator trims the first end with the help of a lug chain and then manually pulls back the piece and butts it up against a stopper for the proper lumber length. At this point he lets go of the piece and the second saw will trim the piece to length.
