2 Saw Trimmers

One fixed and one adjustable saw

These machines are used in front of molders, and planers and other processes where a precision end trim is required and where there are runs of fixed product length.

A variation of this machine is equiped with a setwork and is used in smaller sawmills.

The trim saws are arranged on the bottom of the skids and are either mounted on an electric motor or on a saw arbor with belt drive.

The machine is available with a single piece lug loader or a multi-piece lug loader.

The multi-piece lug loader will load up to 12” of lumber into one trimmer lug, dramatically increasing the number of pieces going through the trimmer while still applying a precision end trim.

The machines are available with a fixed speed feed drive, Vari-disc drive or electric variable frequency drive.
